ytsaurus-skiff

The in-progress YTsaurus Skiff implementation for this workspace.

The implemented slice is a validated schema/format model, a bounded dynamic wire codec, dynamic job I/O and raw client table I/O. Typed rows and schema inference remain deliberately unimplemented until they have Go SDK v0.0.33 and real-cluster compatibility tests. See the workspace compatibility contract.

This crate is published to crates.io from 0.2.5, and is pre-release all the same: the ship gates in the compatibility contract are not all green and the API may change in a patch release. It is on the registry because ytsaurus-job and ytsaurus-client depend on it and could not be published otherwise.

The initial job-level framing reference was shared by @AzazKamaz. It informs test vectors; the YTsaurus protocol and Go SDK define compatibility.
