Fields

conn_tag: u64

Epoch-rotating keyed token selecting the session/decoder.

object_id: u16

Which pipelined FEC object this symbol belongs to.

payload_id: [u8; 4]

FEC payload identifier (Reed–Solomon codec tag + symbol index), opaque to the wire layer.

flags: u8

Symbol kind / control bits (source/repair, feedback, ARQ).

payload: Vec<u8>

The ciphertext symbol payload.
