X509SignatureAlgorithm

Enum X509SignatureAlgorithm

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum X509SignatureAlgorithm { Dsa(DigestAlgorithm), RsaPkcs1v15(DigestAlgorithm), RsaPss { digest: DigestAlgorithm, mgf_digest: DigestAlgorithm, salt_len: usize, }, Ecdsa(DigestAlgorithm), Ed25519, }
Expand description

Provider-neutral X.509 certificate and CRL signature parameters.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Dsa(DigestAlgorithm)

DSA with the selected message digest.

§

RsaPkcs1v15(DigestAlgorithm)

RSASSA-PKCS1-v1_5 with the selected message digest.

§

RsaPss

RSASSA-PSS with explicit RFC 4055 parameters.

Fields

§digest: DigestAlgorithm

Message digest applied to the signed certificate data.

§mgf_digest: DigestAlgorithm

Digest used by MGF1.

§salt_len: usize

Salt length in octets.

§

Ecdsa(DigestAlgorithm)

ECDSA with the selected message digest; SPKI selects the curve.

§

Ed25519

Pure Ed25519 as specified by RFC 8410.
