### Added
- `IntoRunError` trait: converts `OMLCodeError`, `ConfError`, and `orion_conf::OrionConfError` into `RunError` while preserving the inner parse detail as the `detail` field and keeping the original error as the source. `conv_err()` maps reasons via `From<XReason> for RunReason` and drops inner messages, so OML/config parse errors previously surfaced only as a generic "配置错误"; the trait retains the concrete parse error (`[path]/[where]/[error]` for OML, toml parse errors for config, etc.) at the load path.

### Tests
- Added unit tests for `IntoRunError` covering OML syntax detail, config (`ConfReason`) syntax detail, and `ConfIOReason::Other` (toml) detail preservation.

  `derive(OrionError)`, replacing manual `ErrorCode`/`DomainReason` impls

  `ErrorReport` → `DiagnosticReport` to match orion-error 0.7.2 API layout
- Replace deprecated `OperationContext::want()` with `doing()`
