# Contributor Covenant 行为准则 / Code of Conduct

## 我们的承诺 / Our Pledge
为营造开放友好的环境，我们承诺：参与本项目与社区，对所有人都不因年龄、体型、可见或不可见的
残疾、族裔、性别认同与表达、经验水平、教育、社会经济地位、国籍、外貌、种族、宗教或性取向而受到骚扰。
We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a
harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible
disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience,
education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual
identity and orientation.
## 我们的准则 / Our Standards
有益行为 / Examples of positive behavior:
- 对他人表达同理与善意 / Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people
- 尊重不同的观点与经历 / Being respectful of differing opinions and experiences
- 给予并优雅接受建设性反馈 / Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
- 为错误负责并向受影响者致歉 / Accepting responsibility and apologizing to those affected by our mistakes
- 以社区整体利益为重 / Focusing on what is best for the overall community
不可接受的行为 / Examples of unacceptable behavior:
- 性化语言或意象，及任何形式的性关注或挑逗 / Sexualized language or imagery, and unwelcome sexual attention
- 挑衅、侮辱、贬损性评论，人身或政治攻击 / Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, personal or political attacks
- 公开或私下骚扰 / Public or private harassment
- 未经许可公布他人隐私信息 / Publishing others' private information without explicit permission
- 其他在专业场合可合理认定为不当的行为 / Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
## 执行 / Enforcement
社区维护者负责澄清与执行准则，并对其认为不当、威胁、冒犯或有害的行为采取适当且公平的纠正措施。
Community leaders are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards and will take appropriate
and fair corrective action in response to any behavior that they deem inappropriate, threatening,
offensive, or harmful.

All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly, with respect for the privacy and
security of the reporter.
