//! Built for Russian Wikipedia process pages (КПМ/ЗКА) but parameterised entirely by
//! [`SiteConfig`](crate::SiteConfig) — user namespaces and month names — so it serves any
//! wiki whose signatures follow MediaWiki's `HH:MM, D month YYYY (UTC)` shape. Everything is
//! reported as byte spans into the original wikitext, so a consumer (an archiver, say) can
