The same original creator-signed record as ReplicationOpen.thread_genesis. Its negotiated canonical format owns parent, base, name, initial intent, creator and creation nonce. The endpoint validates its signature, derives the Thread ID and verifies the spool binding; it never synthesizes a creator. Retrying the record preserves identity even with a new RPC operation ID.

creator_authority: Vec<u8>

Original portable account/key authority, independently verified against the creator and owner bound by the canonical genesis. Never the courier’s proof.
