ws://... and wss://... URLs are supported.

Creates a ClientBuilder that connects to a given WebSocket URL.

This method returns an Err result if URL parsing fails.

Creates a ClientBuilder that connects to a given WebSocket URL.

This method never fails as the URL has already been parsed.
