webdataset-rs

This project is a Rust port of the Python `webdataset` library:
https://github.com/webdataset/webdataset
That library is Copyright 2020 NVIDIA CORPORATION and is distributed under the
BSD 3-Clause licence reproduced in LICENSE. This port is a derivative work: the
format, the pipeline design, the decoder behaviour and the API shape are all
taken from it, and in many places the behaviour is reproduced deliberately
field for field. The LICENSE file retains the original copyright notice
accordingly, and this project is distributed under the same terms.
The shard fixtures under `testdata/` are copied unchanged from that project and
are used to check that this implementation reads them identically.
