web-api-cat 0.7.16

Bindings between boa-cat (JS engine) and the DOM (html-cat tree) plus fetch (net-cat). v0.7.16 adds the type-aware structural pseudo-classes `:first-of-type`, `:last-of-type`, and `:only-of-type` -- parallels of v0.7.13's `:first-child` / `:last-child` / `:only-child` but filtered by tag. So `h2:first-of-type` picks the first h2 even when an earlier sibling has a different tag. Reachable through `querySelector`, `querySelectorAll`, `matches`, `closest`, and combines freely with the v0.7.15 `:not()` negation. Seventh sub-crate of a Servo-replacement webview runtime targeting Tauri.
