#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum Watcher {
Native,
Poll(Duration),
}
Expand description
What kind of filesystem watcher to use.
For now only native and poll watchers are supported. In the future there may be additional watchers available on some platforms.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Native
The Notify-recommended watcher on the platform.
For platforms Notify supports, that’s a native implementation, for others it’s polling with a default interval.
Poll(Duration)
Notify’s poll watcher with a custom interval.
