## Post 1: Target — Platform & Systems Engineers (Technical Depth, Latency, Token FinOps)

**Target Audience:** Platform Engineers, Backend Leads, AI Infrastructure Integrators
**Key Angles:** Token efficiency (58%–96% reduction), pure Rust zero-cost abstraction, ETag cache revalidation, connection multiplexing.

```markdown
Most AI agent systems in production pay an invisible "description tax":
Every time your agent loops through a turn, it re-ingests hundreds of lines of raw tool schemas, descriptions, and JSON schema definitions—even for tools it never calls.
When integrating 10+ Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers (databases, GitHub, Kubernetes, ticketing), this results in:
- Context window bloat (50k+ tokens on discovery turns alone)
- Higher token costs per reasoning loop
- Cold-start latency spikes as sub-processes spawn repeatedly
We built Warmplane (written in pure Rust) as a local control plane to solve this cleanly.
What it does under the hood:
1. Keeps upstream MCP sessions warm and persistent (stdio and streamable HTTP/SSE).
2. Exposes an index-first, compact capability catalog with hybrid BM25 + ONNX vector search.
3. Provides zero-token catalog revalidation: 50.4 ns SHA-256 ETag checks (`304 Not Modified`).
4. Re-exposes capabilities through a unified HTTP/REST interface, CLI, and lightweight MCP facade.
In benchmarked Copilot suites, token consumption dropped from 54k to 2.3k tokens on discovery (~95.6% reduction).
It is a brand new product, but built from day one for operational scale and predictability.
## Post 2: Target — Enterprise Security, Compliance & Governance Leads (SOC2, Auditability, Guardrails)
**Target Audience:** Security Architects, Compliance Officers, Head of Engineering / Platform Ops
**Key Angles:** WORM-compliant tamper-evident audit logging, cryptographic hash chaining, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval gates, multi-tenant request context propagation, PII redaction.
```markdown
If you are giving LLM agents access to write to databases, deploy infrastructure, or call internal APIs, how do you prove compliance to your audit team?

Connecting raw MCP servers directly to autonomous agents creates serious compliance and security blind spots:
- No central policy enforcement (allow/deny rules per environment).
- No deterministic audit log of what tool was executed, by which actor, with what parameters.
- No automated redaction of API keys and credentials before logging.
- No gate to pause destructive actions for human approval.

We built Warmplane to turn MCP tooling into enterprise-governed infrastructure.

Key compliance and governance features:
• Cryptographic WORM Audit Trails: Every tool execution, policy violation, and configuration change is hashed into an immutable, tamper-evident SHA-256 chain (`/v1/audit/verify` and automated JSONL/CSV exports).
• Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Gates: Intercept sensitive actions (`db.drop`, `k8s.delete`) with signed HMAC-SHA256 webhook alerts and resume execution only upon operator sign-off.
• Multi-Tenant Request Context: Thread `operation_id`, `actor_id`, and `grant_id` across all execution envelopes and OpenTelemetry traces.
• Dynamic PII & Secret Redaction: Automatically scrub tokens and credentials across all logs, telemetry, and response spans.
• Strict OAuth 2.1 / RFC 9207 Compliance: Prevents authorization mix-up and confused deputy attacks with Resource Indicators (RFC 8707).

Warmplane is early in its lifecycle, but engineered to meet stringent enterprise audit and compliance requirements from line one.

## Post 3: Target — SREs, DevOps & Integrators (Operational Guarantees, Stability, Zero-Downtime)

**Target Audience:** SREs, DevOps Engineers, Full-Stack / AI Integrators
**Key Angles:** Zero-downtime hot-reloading, idempotency deduplication, explicit retry governance, active operation cancellation, built-in Control Deck Web UI.

```markdown
Managing a fleet of MCP servers across distributed agent workflows gets messy quickly:
- Dead child processes taking down agent sessions
- Duplicate tool calls caused by network timeouts or uncoordinated retries
- Inability to cancel runaway tasks once triggered
- Downtime whenever upstream server configs need updating
We built Warmplane to give DevOps and SRE teams operational guarantees for agent tool execution.
Warmplane sits between your agent runtimes (Claude Desktop, Cursor, custom LangChain/LlamaIndex agents) and your upstream servers, providing:
• Zero-Downtime Dynamic Hot-Reloading: Mount or unmount stdio/HTTP servers on the fly (`warmplane reload` or `POST /v1/config/reload`) without restarting the daemon.
• Idempotency Deduplication: Pass `Idempotency-Key` to deduplicate concurrent or replayed invocations in sub-microsecond time (159.8 ns cache hit).
• Deterministic Retry Classification: Every response envelope tags failures as `safe`, `unsafe`, or `idempotent` so your orchestrator never retries a destructive call by mistake.
• Active Operation Cancellation: Abort in-flight tasks and processes immediately via `POST /v1/operations/:id/cancel` or CLI.
• Embedded Control Deck: Web UI at `/ui` with live telemetry, server manager, and interactive tool playground.
Warmplane is fresh, but designed with strict operational ergonomics so you can run agents in production with confidence.
