OpenResponsesIntegration

Struct OpenResponsesIntegration

Source
pub struct OpenResponsesIntegration { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Open Responses integration manager.

This struct manages the integration between VT Code’s internal event system and the Open Responses specification. It respects the configuration flags to control event emission and item mapping.

Implementations§

Source§

impl OpenResponsesIntegration

Source

pub fn new(config: OpenResponsesConfig) -> Self

Creates a new integration manager with the given configuration.

Source

pub fn set_callback(&mut self, callback: OpenResponsesCallback)

Sets a callback for receiving Open Responses events.

Source

pub fn start_response(&mut self, model: &str)

Starts a new response session with the given model.

This should be called when a new agent turn begins.

Source

pub fn process_event(&mut self, event: &ThreadEvent)

Processes a VT Code ThreadEvent and emits corresponding Open Responses events.

Source

pub fn finish_response(&mut self) -> Option<Response>

Finishes the current response and returns it.

Source

pub fn take_events(&mut self) -> Vec<ResponseStreamEvent>

Takes all collected events, leaving the internal buffer empty.

Convert Rc<Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Rc<Any>. Rc<Any> can then be further downcast into Rc<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
Source§

fn as_any(&self) -> &(dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &Any’s vtable from &Trait’s.
Source§

fn as_any_mut(&mut self) -> &mut (dyn Any + 'static)

Convert &mut Trait (where Trait: Downcast) to &Any. This is needed since Rust cannot generate &mut Any’s vtable from &mut Trait’s.
