vivacity-core

The lower layer of vivacity, a Composer-compatible installer in Rust: composer.json/composer.lock reading, Composer's content hash, platform checks, dist fetching with Composer's cache and auth, a content-addressed store cloned into vendor/, path packages laid out as symbolic links or mirrors with Composer's exclusion rules, the emulated installers (composer/installers, symfony/runtime), the vendor/bin proxies (.bat under bin-compat: full), and the Windows path/cache rules. Byte-identical output with Composer 2.10.3 is checked by the harness in the repository.
