# Code of conduct
Disagree with an idea as hard as you like. Never with the person who holds it.
That covers most of it. Spelled out, these have no place here: insults,
harassment, personal attacks, slurs, sexual language or imagery, threats, and
publishing anybody's private information — which includes pasting somebody
else's tree.
It applies in this repository's issues, and anywhere somebody speaks for the
project.
I moderate, and I am the only one who does. I may edit, hide or delete a
comment that breaks this, lock a thread, or block an account, and I say which
line it crossed whenever saying so does not make things worse. To report a
comment without replying to it, GitHub's own *Report content*, in the
comment's menu, reaches GitHub's staff.
