Vimlet originated in the Red editor by Felipe Coury.
Motion/text-object algorithms and modal editing design are adapted from
Red src/editing/motion.rs and src/editing/textarea.rs at
a6833074a0def1087e4454102f27089d2b50a19d (MIT, copyright 2024 Felipe Coury).
The adaptation replaces Red's buffer, coordinate, history and terminal APIs.
No Codex source is included. Neovim is a development reference, not a dependency.
