# This crate is written in a dense, ~100-column style: single-line `if/else`
# expressions, unsplit iterator chains, and one-line struct literals. Default
# rustfmt keeps `max_width = 100` but caps sub-expressions far lower
# (`fn_call_width = 60`, `chain_width = 60`, `single_line_if_else_max_width = 50`),
# which would explode those constructs across several lines each and lose the
# density the code was written for.
#
# `use_small_heuristics = "Max"` raises every sub-width to `max_width`, which is
# the setting that reproduces the existing layout. Without it `cargo fmt` rewrites
# ~120 sites purely on style.
