Primitive planet vocabulary.

`use-planet` models non-empty planet names, descriptive planet kinds, descriptive planet statuses, and non-empty planetary system names. It does not validate official planet status, fetch exoplanet catalog data, simulate planetary systems, or calculate habitability.
