Distributed Durable Streams over HTTP.

This crate name is reserved for Ursula, a self-hosted, Raft-replicated implementation of the Durable Streams Protocol. The implementation is currently developed in the linked repository under the Riverrun name while the public project naming is being finalized.

This 0.0.0 release intentionally exposes only project metadata. Do not depend on it for application behavior yet.
