### Migration guide

Replace `Encoder` constructors with `bytes` schemes:
```rust
ur::Encoder::new(data, max_length, "bytes")
```

with:
```rust
ur::Encoder::bytes(data, max_length)
```

Leave all other `Encoder` constructors as they are:
```rust
ur::Encoder::new(data, max_length, "my-scheme")
```
