typg CLI.

The CLI exposes three user-facing modes:

find for live scans over directories,
cache for reusing saved metadata or an LMDB index,
serve for HTTP access to the same query model.

The command-line flags map directly onto the shared Query type in typg-core, so the same filter semantics apply across live, cached, HTTP, and Python entry points.
