Get Wii/NGC game titles and gamehacking ids from Rust.
Offline and no dependencies.
The `compress` feature enables compressing the data with miniz_oxide (disabled by default).
Meant to be used in <https://github.com/mq1/TinyWiiBackupManager>,
but can be useful to other projects.
