Derive macros for [turso-orm](https://github.com/aartintelligent/turso-orm):
`DeriveEntityModel`, `DeriveRelation`, `DeriveActiveEnum`,
`DerivePartialModel`, `DeriveIntoActiveModel`, `DeriveIden`,
`FromQueryResult`, `DeriveMigrationName`. Use them through
`turso_orm::prelude::*`.
