tsv_html 0.8.0

HTML spec data: the named character references table (support crate for tsv)
Documentation
tsv includes the WHATWG HTML Living Standard's list of named character references. It
is the tsv_html crate's table (`match_named_character_reference`), which tsv's Svelte
parser decodes character references against and so compiles into every tsv binary, N-API
addon and WebAssembly module; this notice ships
with the tsv_html crate and with each tsv npm package and GitHub Release.

  Source: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/entities.json
Files: in the tsv_html crate, src/entities_table.rs (generated from the list); the
list itself, src/entities.json, lives in the tsv repository
Changes: each entry is reduced to its name without the leading `&` and the characters
it stands for (the `codepoints` arrays are dropped), and the generated file
restates the list as a Rust perfect hash table (each name and its characters
in the slot the table's hash assigns it).
