transmux 0.25.3

Any-to-any media container muxing hub: demux TS, fMP4/CMAF, MPEG-PS, WebM, FLV, or RTMP into one neutral IR and mux to CMAF/fMP4, progressive MP4, TS, DASH, low-latency DASH, HLS, low-latency HLS, Smooth Streaming, or RTMP. CENC/CBCS encrypt+decrypt, SSAI splice, RTP/RTCP, and an fMP4/CMAF conformance validator; parses codec config headers only, samples stay opaque. no_std + alloc, except the XML manifest paths (DASH/Smooth/PlayReady), which need the std feature.

//! H.264 / H.265 sequence parameter set (SPS) decode.
//!
//! Decodes the fields needed by the transmux pipeline — profile / level /
//! dimensions / chroma / bit-depth / frame rate — from the raw NAL unit bytes
//! stored in [`AvcSps`](crate::nalu_types::AvcSps) and
//! [`HevcNalUnit`](crate::nalu_types::HevcNalUnit).
//!
//! # Spec citations
//!
//! - **H.264 SPS**: ITU-T H.264 §7.3.2.1.1 (sequence parameter set data).
//! - **H.264 VUI**: ITU-T H.264 §E.1.1 (vui_parameters), §E.2.1 (timing_info
//! semantics): `num_units_in_tick` and `time_scale` yield frame rate as
//!   `time_scale / (2 × num_units_in_tick)`.
//! - **H.265 SPS + PTL**: ITU-T H.265 §7.3.2.2 (SPS) + §7.3.3 (profile_tier_level).
//! - **Coded dimensions**: see `fixtures/ts/CODEC-ORACLE.md`.
//! - **Emulation prevention**: H.264 §7.3 bullet 1 (leading zero_byte),
//!   §7.4.1 NAL semantics (emulation_prevention_three_byte); H.265 §7.4.2.1.
