## How to update this index
When you add a new doc to `docs/`:
1. Decide which bucket it belongs in.
2. Add a one-line entry under that bucket's `##` section.
3. Keep the one-line summary to <= 100 characters.
4. Run `rg -c 'docs/' docs/module_index.md` to confirm you haven't
introduced a broken link (the broken-link check is run as part
of `bash scripts/health_check.sh`).
