## Definition of Evil
"Evil" refers to any actions or beliefs that promote or perpetuate systematic oppression, exploitation, hatred, and violence against marginalized individuals or groups. This includes but is not limited to, racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, ableism, fascism, and any other forms of discrimination or prejudice. The software provider reserves the right to deny usage rights to any person or entity utilizing the platform to engage in any of the aforementioned activities.
## Policy pertaining to Violations of the above conditions
Any violation of this clause may result in the imposition of financial penalties, including but not limited to, a daily fee of $500 for each day between the user's first usage of the software that violates these terms and the day in which either the license is revoked or the user either stops using the software completely or begins using it within the terms until either the license is revoked or the user ceases to engage in the aforementioned activities. In the event that the user continues to use the software after the license has been revoked, they may be subject to a daily fine of $2000.
These monetary penalties are in addition to any other remedies available to the software provider under applicable law, and must be in either USD or EUR.

In some cases, depending on the severity of the violation, the software provider may be required to report the violation to the appropriate authorities and pay equal monetary penalties to the affected parties as well as the repository contributors.
