tinnitus
Top-level name-claim crate for TINNITUS™ — the persistent ultrasonic (15,000–22,000 Hz) micro-attestation sub-channel of GIBBER-LINK™ within the BCCCOP™ protocol family.
The name "TINNITUS" is a deliberate metaphor for medical tinnitus: a constant, imperceptible tone — always present, always carrying signal, always inaudible to the humans it serves.
This crate is a placeholder. Functional implementations will be released as separate crates.
