Fields

std_abbrev: &'a str

Standard time abbreviation.

std_offset: i32

Standard time UTC offset in seconds (positive = east of UTC).

dst_abbrev: &'a str

DST abbreviation; empty if the rule defines no daylight saving time.

dst_offset: i32

DST UTC offset in seconds (positive = east of UTC).

start: TransitionRule

Rule for the standard → DST transition.

end: TransitionRule

Rule for the DST → standard transition.
