# Only `threadteam` starts tasks on a thread pool. Every other workspace crate
# reaches parallelism through `threadteam::Exec`, so a direct `rayon`
# dependency (normal, dev or build) anywhere else is rejected. Consumers add
# the third-party crates that bring rayon in themselves (for example criterion)
# to their own wrappers list. faer and spindle are banned outright: `Exec::external` hands a plain width to such a
# library, and the library is the consumer's dependency, never threadteam's.
