Tess

Tess is a deterministic rule language for defining, testing, and verifying rule systems with explanations, conflict detection, and concrete counterexamples.

The crates.io package is named tessellate; the installed executable remains tess, and Tess source files continue to use the .tes extension.

The first build may download an official static Z3 archive into Cargo's cache. The finished tess binary includes Z3 statically and does not require a separate solver installation at runtime.
