Multi-agent orchestration crates for Terraphim AI -- extracted from the
`terraphim-ai` monorepo (Gitea #1910). Depends on terraphim-core,
terraphim-config-persistence and terraphim-service (incl. spawner) via the
Terraphim org registry.
This repo is gated by `native-ci` plus the ADF verdict agents
(`adf/pr-reviewer`, `adf/validation`, `adf/verification`) once enabled via the
shared multi-project agent registration (#2175).
