    --text <regex>                  Regex matches screen content
    --timeout <ms>                  Max wait (default: 5000)

  monitor [--name <s>]            Live read-only view of a session (← → to switch)
  daemon start|stop|status        Manage background daemon
  self update [--check]          Update tu to the latest version
