Output sections:
### Committed stories
For each story include size, sequencing, and first acceptance signal.
### Stretch or deferred stories
Anything intentionally left out of commitment.
### Iteration risks
Anything that could cause the committed set to slip.
### Merge plan
What order the team should land work in to keep CI healthy.
Keep the committed set small and defensible. Do not create or edit GitHub issues yet.
