## Our commitment

We commit to making participation in Telosieve free from harassment for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, experience level, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, colour, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

We will act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

## Expected behaviour

- Demonstrate empathy and kindness.
- Respect differing viewpoints and experiences.
- Give and accept constructive feedback.
- Take responsibility, apologise to affected people, and learn from mistakes.
- Focus on what is best for the community and the safety of people affected by the software.

Harassment, sexualised conduct, trolling, personal attacks, deliberate intimidation, publication of private information, and other conduct reasonably considered inappropriate are unacceptable.

## Scope and enforcement

This policy applies in project spaces and when representing the project publicly. Report conduct concerns privately to the repository owner through the contact method published on the owner's GitHub profile. Do not include sensitive conduct reports in public issues.

Maintainers may remove, edit, or reject contributions and may temporarily or permanently restrict participation when conduct is inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful. Reports will be handled with necessary confidentiality and attention to the safety of the reporter and affected people.
