Telegram Bot API SDK for Rust.

Default is `async-tls-rustls-ring`. Choose another `async-tls-*` or `blocking-tls-*` feature if needed, and add `bot`, `axum`, `macros`, `redis-session`, or `postgres-session` when you need that surface.
