tegdb 0.4.0

The name TegridyDB (short for TegDB) is inspired by the Tegridy Farm in South Park and tries to correct some of the wrong database implementations, such as null support, implicit conversion support, etc.
Documentation
//! Example demonstrating that the query planner is actually being used in TegDB
//!
//! This example shows that with the `dev` feature enabled, TegDB uses the planner
//! pipeline instead of going directly to the executor.
//!
//! Run with: cargo run --example planner_usage_demo
