Servo-replacement runtime for Tauri: wires html-cat, css-cat, dom-cat, layout-cat, paint-cat, net-cat, boa-cat, ecma-runtime-cat, and web-api-cat into a single rendering + scripting pipeline. v3.7.0 opts into net-cat v0.2's `tls` feature and broadens `try_http_url` to accept both `http://` and `https://`, so webview navigation can fetch real TLS-protected URLs; the v3.5 `Secure=` cookie filter that had been dropping every `Secure` entry now starts including them on `https://` requests. The Servo no-AI policy disqualifies upstream contribution; this is the AI-built parallel.
