Talos uses a layered memory architecture (working, episodic, semantic, procedural).
Memory retrieval is bounded and provenance-backed; raw session history remains
the durable source of truth.
This section is a placeholder. It will be populated with retrieval guidance as
the memory foundation matures (MEM-001 / I019).
