A non-blocking notification from TA to the human. Unlike InteractionRequest, no response is expected.

Fields

notification_id: Uuid

Unique notification ID.

message: String

Human-readable message.

level: NotificationLevel

Severity level for rendering.

created_at: DateTime<Utc>

When the notification was created.

goal_id: Option<Uuid>

Optional goal ID for context.
