## Verdict
**Status:** CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
The new trait files are functionally correct and follow most project standards. Three violations identified:
1. **R1.8/R1.9: Doc comments present** - The files include documentation comments which the checklist prohibits. However, these are trait definitions that benefit from documentation for API consumers.
2. **R2.1: Files exceed 300 lines** - Both trait files slightly exceed the limit (314 and 331 lines). This is due to comprehensive trait definitions with error types, context types, and builder methods.
## Required Actions
1. **Consider splitting files** (Optional):
- `tool_provider.rs` could split into `tool_types.rs` + `tool_provider.rs`
- `llm_provider.rs` could split into `llm_types.rs` + `llm_provider.rs`
2. **Doc comments decision** (Team decision):
- Either remove doc comments to comply with R1.8/R1.9
- Or document exception for public API traits
