# Support
Use the [issue forms](https://github.com/phongndo/syntaxmate/issues/new/choose)
for bugs, compatibility regressions, grammar/theme issues, and feature requests.
They request the version, language/theme, minimal input, expected and actual
output, and completion status needed to investigate. For suspected security
issues, use [private vulnerability reporting](SECURITY.md) instead.
Support covers the public API and [compatibility contract](docs/compatibility.md)
on the current release line. Private modules, serialized tokenizer state,
undocumented asset paths, and exact cache behavior are not stable interfaces.
There is no guaranteed response-time SLA for general support. Minimal
reproductions and oracle evidence make reports easier to resolve.
