Maximum store concentration (μM).

§pump_rate: f64

SERCA pump rate (μM/ms).

SERCA pump affinity (μM).

§ip3r_open_probability: f64

IP3 receptor open probability.

§ryr_open_probability: f64

RyR (ryanodine receptor) open probability.

§max_release_rate: f64

Maximum release rate (μM/ms).

§ip3_concentration: f64

IP3 concentration (μM).

§cicr_threshold: f64

Calcium threshold for CICR (μM).
