Existing account switchers (like venomchampion/antigravity-account-switcher) are locked into a single VS Code webview, crash during heavy polling, and only handle Google Antigravity.

Developers pay for Claude Pro/Team ($20/mo), GitHub Copilot ($10-$20/mo), and Google Antigravity/Gemini subscriptions. When you hit rate limits, logging out and doing browser OAuth takes several minutes and disrupts your workflow.
