//! This module composes the pieces that the rest of the crate provides

//! - [`EpochCache`] stores the currently-trusted validator committee and

//!   cache forward by fetching and BLS-verifying each epoch's last

//! - The high-level `LightClient` (in a follow-up commit) ties together
