strop editor engine: documents, grammar dispatch, services, sessions — no
terminal. The binary (crates/strop) owns the physical terminal, cell-grid
rendering, the CLI, self-update, bench and headless frame rendering; it
drives this engine and injects frame capture at the composition roots.
