storeit_tokio_postgres

PostgreSQL backend adapter for storeit, built on tokio-postgres.

• Feature: postgres-backend enables the implementation using tokio-postgres and Tokio runtime.
• Provides TokioPostgresRepository<T, A> and TokioPostgresTransactionManager.
