Stockpile

This is a placeholder for stockpile.rs, an in progress project to produce regular stable snapshots of the crates.io ecosystem for easy package management.

It is inspired by the Stackage Server project which serves the Haskell community.

If this crate is really stale (~several years), I'm probably willing to give it to you if you have a use case in mind.
