Starla - RIPE Atlas Software Probe
Main orchestration binary for the Atlas probe.
This binary ties together all probe components:
- SSH tunnel to controller for secure communication
- Registration protocol (INIT/KEEP)
- Telnet server for receiving measurement commands
- Scheduler for running measurements
- Results uploader for reporting back
