standard-plugin: scaffold, build, check and pack Standard Code plugins, WebAssembly components written with standard-plugin-sdk.

It also runs as cargo standard-plugin. The CLI embeds the WIT package and the scaffold templates of the SDK version it was released with, so a new plugin and check always agree with that SDK.

The plugin guides ship with standard-plugin-sdk, in its docs/ directory. standard-plugin guide lists them, and standard-plugin guide <name> prints one, from the SDK a plugin's Cargo.lock resolves; outside a plugin project it prints the guides of the SDK this CLI was released with. standard-plugin new writes an AGENTS.md that points coding agents at them.
